Treiber Building LLC is owned and operated by Andrew Treiber. As a third-generation in the construction business, Andrew grew up not only with the skill set in his DNA but with a solid knowledge of the inner workings of owning your own business.
After a tumultuous period of time in his early twenties, Andrew took the time to grow and develop a genuine understanding and importance of conducting yourself with a high level of integrity and honesty. Having to essentially start from scratch, he took years honing his craft and building his knowledge through apprenticeships, hard work, and commitment to finishing the job, no matter what it was.
A native Californian, Andrew relocated to Seattle, Washington in 2014 and operated as an independent contractor, before becoming licensed, bonded and insured as a general contractor and establishing Treiber Building LLC.
Treiber Building LLC was conceived out of the idea that your home is your sanctuary and you should be able to trust the company that builds it. Noticing that the personal connection was rarely being made between homeowners and their contractors, we decided to create a company on the foundation of communication and consideration. We know how stressful construction can be on you, and we believe that having a team built on decades of experience with a dedication to the craft, coupled with kindness and respect for you and your home will put your nerves at ease.
