Bothell Finished Basement & Deck

Beautiful home in Bothell was originally built without access to the basement level. Left completely unfinished, this project consisted of building out the unfinished lower level into a media room/home gym space, and an additional guest suite. An addition was added to bring a staircase off the dining room down to the basement. Along with the interior space, a new lower level porch was add and a complete rebuild of the main level deck - extending it from its original 12ft space off the kitchen to now span the entire back side of the main floor with stairs leading down to the backyard.
