Kirkland Addition

Tucked into the woods by Saint Edward Park, this bungalow was perfectly perched above Lake Washington but lacked the height to enjoy the lake view. A new two story addition now provides beautiful views right off their new deck. The addition was composed of a two car garage with a new front entry on the main level, and a second story primary suite and deck. While working with a modern design, we worked with the homeowners to bring in classic northwest materials like cedar wood accents and a timber framed trellis.
