Maltby Remodel & Addition

A beautiful property tucked into the quaint town of Maltby, this charming 1940s home was in need of an update to give the young family that owned it room to grow. A 750 square foot addition to the back of the home created a new master suite, enlarged mudroom/laundry room, and an outdoor covering for their back patio. Along with the addition, new oak floors were installed throughout the main living area and a total reworking of the kitchen created a much more functional space for the family.
